Planning an event for family, close friends, business clients or co-workers is no easy task! From our Food Trucks or our Restaurant to your personalized event menu, we pride ourselves on using ingredients that are fresh and of the highest quality. Our culinary team continually is producing new and creative meals based off of local ingredients. The meal for your special event should be delicious and appeal to your distinct crowd, for this reason, we offer blueprints and guidelines, versus a “traditional cookie-cutter" or "package” model! Our booking process is fast, simple, and allows a personal, custom experience!

We are not the "Traditional Cookie Cutter" Caterer. The tiers, packages, and meal plans we have are only designed to guide you towards what you as the client wants or needs. We truly enjoy customizing our tiers, packages, and meals to our clients. Let's chat today about how  we can meet your needs and exceed your expectations!

Our 5 step booking process is our way to be sure we execute the most delicious cuisine for your event as well as a successful execution of your event's specific needs and your vision.

Our 5 Step Process

Initial Client Phone Call

In this 10-15 minute phone conversation, we will quickly address the concrete details of your event. This is our way of quickly getting on the same page about your wants, needs, and over all vision.

Menu Decisions

One of the Chefs and your Coordinator will take your needs, wants, and vision then translate them into a menu that will not only wow your guests, but will make your event one to remember! 

Step 3

Deposits & Contracts

We commit so you can relax. Once this step is done, your date, and our team are aligned and committed. From here we will be in touch periodically. Should you need us, we do our best to be in touch via email or phone within a 24 hour period of time.

Step 4

Final Client Phone Call

Seven to ten days before your event, we will plan another 10-15 minute phone conversation, this is when we will finalize your drop off time, guest count, menu changes, and any other pertinent details to make your event flawless.

Order your custom drop-off catering menu on-line at your own pace! No stress, no pressure, & you can tailor it to fit to your budget! Not to worry, if you have questions or need assistance, we are only a phone call, e-mail, or message away! 

Step 2

Our Private, Complimentary Tasting

Join the Chefs and your Coordinator for a private, complimentary tasting of the food you want to taste! Most tastings are completed on Sundays and Mondays and last about an hour to an hour and a half. If those days or more time is needed, it is not a problem, we want your experience to be comfortable and at your pace!

Final Client Phone Call

We will even accompany you on your final venue walk through if desired!
