Booking Windows & Procedures

Private Events: Calendars open 12 months in advance.

Public Events: Calendars open 6 months in advance. (Annual recurring events take priority).

The "Two-Week Rule": To ensure quality staffing, all events must be confirmed via contract at least 14 days in advance.Need a truck last minute? If we can make it work, a $60/staff member late fee will apply to accommodate the quick turnaround.

Our "Paper Trail" Policy: Why We Require Written Confirmation
To ensure your event is executed with 100% accuracy, Crossroads Bistro operates under a Written Communication Only policy for all bookings and detail changes.
What this means for you:

No "He-Said, She-Said": While we love chatting on the phone to brainstorm, an event is only considered Booked once we have a signed contract or a confirmation via email.

Guaranteed Accuracy: Any changes to your guest count, menu, or timeline must be submitted in writing. This ensures our kitchen, styling, and service teams are all looking at the exact same set of instructions.

Security: This protects your investment by ensuring that every detail you’ve paid for is documented and accounted for.
Please Note: If we do not have an email correspondence confirming your event or specific changes, they are not considered part of our official run-of-show. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us make your event flawless!
