Planning your wedding is a big undertaking, but finding the perfect caterer shouldn't be. Our straightforward process is designed to put you at ease, ensuring your guests are well-fed and you stay stress-free.

Our 5 Step Planning Process:

  1. Inquire: Tell us the basics! You’ll be instantly rewarded with our Full Catalog, including transparent pricing.
     
  2. Let's Chat: We’ll hop on a quick call to discuss your vision, answer questions, and map out the next steps.
     
  3. Time to Taste & We'll Propose: Dine with us (up to 6 guests!) to sample your menu. Afterward, we’ll tailor a proposal to your specific "wants and wishes."
     
  4. Onboarding: Work hand-in-hand with Nicole and our lead team to snap all the final puzzle pieces into place.
     
  5. Execution: From the final walkthrough to the big day, a Crossroads family member (not a temp!) handles every detail with care.

Wedding FAQs:
  • ​What’s included in the price? Each tier includes your food selection, a non-alcoholic beverage station (sodas, tea, lemonade), and your choice of plastic or china place settings (plates, silverware, and glassware).
  • How do tastings work? Tastings are complimentary for the couple. Additional guests are $25/person (up to 6 total). If you book with us, your tasting fees are credited back to your final invoice!
  • Do you handle the bar? Yes. Our $350 bartending package includes a licensed/insured bartender, set up, breakdown, and supplies. We even help you source alcohol through "buy-back" suppliers to save you money.
  • Can you help with decor? We can! If you don't have a coordinator, we offer decor placement as an add-on service. Please see our contract for specific "do's and don'ts" regarding installations.
